Our Lady mentioned that Jesus intended to establish devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary in the world.
On the first Saturday of each month, you should receive Communion with the intention of making reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
For 5 consecutive months of your choosing, on the first Saturday of that month, you should go to Confession, meditate on the mysteries of the Rosary for 15 minutes and pray one chaplet of the Rosary.
For practical reasons, there are exceptions regarding the days on which confession can be made; with prior authorization, you can also exchange the first Saturday for Sunday.
